I am having problems adding tracking numbers to shipments now - the page that comes up asks for the information but when I complete it, I get a message that PayPal is having techical problems. I click on the classic page link - and add the information - and get a message telling me to come back in 30 minutes to allow the transaction to process. A day later - and I still can't add the information. Anyone else having that problem?
Not sure what to say - it's been a bit wacky for a while now - sometimes you're told to go to the old view but, you can't even do that. (See if you can access your records through the multi-order shipping option.)
