I have a UAE PayPal account and I need to know besides Emirates NDB debit cards which other banks debit cards are accepted. Next question is once transferred from the PayPal account can I withdraw the funds from my account? I know that this is possible for Emirates NBD I am asking for other banks.

I have a customer that says paypal won't let them make payment for an item that they won from me. They won it on 1/18/14 and say that they have had trouble getting paypal to let them make payment. What do I need to tell them? They claim that they have called paypal and they were going to look into it. Please help.

There can be various reasons however, there's really not enough information and unfortunately no one here can view user account details.  All we can do is ask questions and best guess.

Is this an eBay sale?

Does the customer have a PayPal Account or were they trying to pay as a guest?

If they have a PayPal Account, is their account verified?

What type of PayPal Account do you have?  Personal, Premier or Business.
