Help them better understand the paypal. I think I am supporter and I always support free. I am fan of paypal and I choice paypal. because paypal is best service in the world and I want all member paypal vietnam know it. But today I write this topic. because I witnessed a serious incident. In the past week, thousands Vietnam paypal account is limit and can not be removed. I know my country in blacklist. And in Vietnam there are many risk. But anywhere in the world, always have good people and bad people. And I'm here. Because good people. I'm trying to help them. I know paypal can limit any account.
