I can not call paypal

since i do not have a phone at the moment, what is paypal's email so i can contact them about a problem...i do not have proof of where i live ecause i do not own the home. My grandpa does and i live with him.

Click on the contact and help link ata the bottom of the page for options.

Just be aware, however, that PayPal doesn't handle specific account security problems by email.

oh well ok i can try to call them tomorrow by borrowing someones phone but ill try that too thanks
