So I have someone who deposited $40 in my pay pal account. Its there. I see it. My accounts (checking and credit card) are attached but it says no money is available. I don't see what I am missing on how to access the $40.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
