How do I send a message to Paypal?

In case anyone from Paypal is reading this the following transaction was erroenously disputed by me (I didn't recognize the name of the vendor on my statement) and I have since verified this was a valid purchase.  My credit card company has paid the disputed charge.  The following at the relevant transactions and dates:

A $31.00 (F55810043000TF131) was charged, reversed, and then charged again on the following dates:

2/22  Original Charge

3/26  Charge Reversed 

4/17  Charge reinstated

After spending at least 20 minutes on Paypay trying to figure out how to send them an email I've given up.  If someone knows how to send an email to Paypal I would be very appreciative if they would forward the above information for me.
