Receiving money INSTANTLY not having it hold for 3 weeks?

PayPal put my money directly in my account the other day but then today on my other PayPal it said it was a 3 week hold, what did I do to get the money instantly not having. To wait 21 days ????

Assuming you are a new seller, you need to build a good reputation and the hold time will gradually decrease.

If you sold something you need to add online tracking to show delivery.
