There is no link or option when I click on activity and then the transaction. Please help. I feel like this happens so often and I can never find it and end up paying for a second label.
I have the same exact problem, and there is no reason whatsoever that "reprint label" shouldn't be right there in your transaction off to the side, and it used to be. Multi-order shipping won't bring up a single USPS label, either. Why do they make it SO DIFFICULT to find this simple option? My label printed with the sides cut off for some reason, and now it's taking an act of Congress and thirty minutes off my life just to reprint it. Poor software user platform. Really a waste of my time.
