Hello, I am quite aggravated and hope someone here can help me. I sold an iPad on Feb 25. Mailed out the package on the 26 and was logged in to USPS on Feb 27. I typically don’t pay attention to see if the product arrived. Once I’m notified then I research what is going on. I got a message from eBay around March 15 ( may have been a bit earlier) saying the item has not arrived and that I need to provide tracking. I did so within minutes of the message. When tracking, it shows the package left my area and there were a few USPS check in’s but still had not arrived. All my eBay listings say that I’m not responsible once the item is in the hands of the mailing company. I have absolutely no control over this. Within a day, I got a call from eBay telling me that they are refunding $189 to the buyer since my tracking number wasn’t showing what was needed. I don’t see how this is my fault. Within a couple of days after talking to eBay, the iPad arrives to the buyers house. No message from the buying saying they had $189 plus my iPad. I tried everway possible to get ahold of the buyer. Finally got ahold of them. They will need a shipping label and can send it back after their vacation.  PayPal refunded the money to eBay and they are insisting that I pay them. I don’t think this is fair and need input please.
