Not totally sure this is what paypal David said   >>>

As you advised in your message, Payoneer accounts (banks and cards) are not currently compatible at the moment. As far as I am aware, there wouldn't be any blocks on any other types of prepaid cards similar to Payoneer at the moment.

Will need to ask him if that relates to paying as a guest buyer etc.

@kernowlass,

Paying as PP guest with Payoneer debit MasterCard should be fine as long as you have the cash on it to cover purchase.

According to:

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/payment-overview-and-payment-options-faq2400/3

https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/article/what-backup-payment-methods-are-available-with-my-paypal-...

Payoneer accounts cannot be added as payment method in your PayPal account.  Doesn't say you cannot use the Payoneer MasterCard during checkout to pay, because ultimately you are not adding the card to your PayPal account.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Yep i see your point and you may well be correct BUT if they are paying to a sellers paypal account as a guest buyer using payoneer then you are still using it as a funding source.

So still not sure but will try and find out and post back to confirm when i have.
