No idea. I can only answer your question, up to you to work out alternatives.
Get another bank or card i guess.

You can still use Payoneer to pay online by using Payoneer debit MasterCard, paying as PayPal guest or use the online shop non-PayPal checkout like a regular credit card. Some online stores let you register for an account and you can optionally save your card securely in the shop account to pay with again. Like Amazon for example.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

I don't think the payoneer debit cards are accepted either, folks have been able to link them but then they often fail.

No, what I mean is to use them in a way that has nothing to do with PayPal. Like you would with regular credit/debit cards without logging in to PayPal or having a PayPal account at all. You just enter your billing info and complete checkout. On Payoneer, it says you can use the cards to spend online or in stores.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Surely you can use Payoneer debit MasterCard card to pay through credit card option, no matter the checkout system. They should be accepted wherever MasterCard is accepted. Just can't use it as a payment method or to withdraw within a PayPal account.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
