Getting paid from PayPal

I sold something on eBay. I can see in PayPal that the payment was received but I don't see the money anywhere

If you’re a new seller, the will hold the funds for a couple of weeks. You’re on a trial basis. This keeps sellers from getting the money and not sending the item. I believe it’s either 30 or 60 days you’ll be on this. Once Oh prove that you will send the items as promised and aren’t out to be dishonest they will take that off and you’ll receive your payment right away. Hope this helps
