In USA,you can ask for a bank check or transfer to a bank account,you must first link the bank account to your PAYPAL account and verify it.

there is a positive balance. i went to the tab to withdraw funds but it said something like you have no paypal balance, please try again later. is very confusing. i tried to read the terms but that got also confusing.
