Friend sent me $50 but not appearing

His balance is down $50 and I did not even receive an email as to receiving it. I've confirmed that he put the right email through screenshots and I'm not sure what to do.

Screenshots can be created; don't trust them.  You haven't seen any transactions on your friend's computer; you weren't there.

If payment has been been made it will show as a tansaction on our PayPal account.
