Ebay Valet and Paypal

Hello,

I recently used ebay valet for the first time as it seemed really convenient. They were able to sell my item and the payment was supposed to be in my paypal acount in 2 business days. However, the payment has been "pending" for about a week and a half now. I tried to contact customer service on ebay but it sent me to paypal. I hope someone can help!!!
