You can certainly make another qualifying purchase after you paid off your previous one or while still paying off a qualifying purchase if that is how you roll and as long you have enough of a credit line to cover the purchase.
Furthermore, PayPal Credit is a online line of credit account so you do not have to apply again for an account for each purchase, if that is what you mean. Just make the qualifying purchase. Hope this clears it for ya.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

You can have multiple promotional purchases at one time. There is no need to apply for any.
Whenever you qualify for PayPal Credit it will be offered at time of purchase.
On the other hand, just because you qualified for a previous PayPal Credit payment doesn't mean it will be offered again. You likely improve your chances by paying on time with no defaults.
Just don't be disappointed if the option does come up again, put pay attention to your payment options whenever you make a purchase.
