It varies depending on the circumstances of each case but PayPal says it tries to resolve disputes generally within 30 days. You can click the bell icon near the log out button of the Account Summary page to access the Message center.
yeh i have had 3 pending charges that should have been removed from pending and the funds added back into my account i have emailed paypal 4 times now and no response from paypal at all.
plus on those pending charges is says pending charges will expire on january 5th 1970 wow is paypal computers so messed up lately.
