Customers trying to purchase via Credit/Debit card, not working!

Hi Folks! Since Friday morning customers who have a PayPal account can checkout fine on our website, however those that wish to checkout using their Credit/Debit card can't! The error they are receiving is "Your credit card has been declined. Please try another one.", I've personally tried this myself with my card and its doing the same for me! I've spoken with a few customers, some are using their phone, some are on PC's. Also customers are trying multiple cards too and they are still getting the same problem.

 

Can anybody shed light on this before I call PayPal?

We've been trading since 2011 taking considerable amounts of money and we've never had this issue.
