I just set up Paypal well im trying to apply for a debit Paypal card but it keeps telling me to confirm my address how do i do this I have no other cards.
Get a prepaid card that requires you to register it with your name and address that matches your PayPal account info. Then add/confirm it on PayPal account. Then you may apply for the PayPal debit card. If it is the PayPal business debit card, you have to have business account or personal account that has received at least $500 within the last 12 months.
