Why did you originally send the money?
Since it shows in your account as complete, then it's no longer your problem unless you were expecting merchandise.

Does this mean you sent it as goods/services as payment for something and you didn't get the goods?
If you disclose the real details about the transaction someone might be able to help.
Perhaps a phone call to PayPal support is the only way to figure it out.
