RE: shipping label error: Please try again later. ERRORCODE-50001

I am a reseller in St Louis Missouri - I sell solar micro inverters

For the past few months I have not been able to create shipping labels for customers that I invoice from paypal

It says Please try again later. ERRORCODE-50001

This problem actually started happening about 4 months ago.  There was a work around but it quit working about 3-4 weeks ago.  The work around was clicking the switch to the classic shipping label experience. link

This would take you to the older shipping label screen form and then you could continue.

But now tthat just takes you back to the same new screen that doesnt work.

I have tried using different computers with these 3 browsers

Internet explorer

Google chrome

Firefox

It doesnt matter - The problem is not Browser related

I have called paypay numerous times to report this.

I cant tell if this is happening to EVERYBODY across the US or just  SMALL NUMBER OF PEOPLE running Windows 7

I ship everything USPS (US post office)   pri ority mail flat rate boxes.

This is not just some new problem that has just started - This has been going on for quite some time.

The only work around is I have to log into my USPS account and manually enter the contact information and pay there

Its not a USPS problem

Note that I never have problems with EBAY transactions

I can ship via ebay and never have problems

This is clearly a problem for (direct) non ebay transactions

I'm more of the conspriacy theorist.  I suspect this is some underhanded trick by somebody within the paypal that is sabatoaging things so maybe you sell through ebay which costs a 10% commsion

The two were supposed to have been divested

Anybody that has any feedback please email me
