My account and card are linked, customer's payment is pending until item is shipped. I spoke with pp customer service regarding my dilemma. He stated pay pal is giving me a 10 dollar credit to assist with shipping fees. I even received an email stating the same! However, the balance on my card is 00000. If don't have this own shipped in 24 hrs, I lose a customer and my ebay account. What do I do?
