Can not access approved credit line

I was approved for over $3,000 with pay pal credit and have been trying to use only $320 but it will not allow me to send it through friends and family nor purchase anything. Can anyone help with why?

What you are attempting to do does not qualify for using PayPal Credit.  It is not for sending money, meaning it is not for a cash advance generally.

PayPal Credit evaluates every purchase attempt and determines in real time whether all qualifications are met.

PayPal Credit is not an on-demand credit offer like a credit card.

You will know when all qualications are met by the offer at time of payment.
