Buy Now HTML button with Optional account enabled

Hello,

I am testing the Buy Now HTML button according to the examples on this page (https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/paypal-payments-standard/integration-guide/formbasics/).

Whe I click on the Buy Now button, I do not see the Billing Information Page but only the option to login the PayPal account or pay with a credit card.

But I would like to see something like this:

What am supposed to do?

For starters your Account must be verified and either Premier or Business.   (Personal Accounts do not have this option.)

Next:

Go to your Account Profile and settings.
Select:  My Selling Tools
Under:  The "Selling Online" Section
Locate:  Website Preferences
Click on:   Update
Locate:  PayPal Account Optional
Click:   On
Click:   Save
