Adding my home address

My street address has a 1/2 after the first three number and it is an apartment so for example when I put 313 1/3 Apt 3 South billionaire st or of I do 313 1/2 South billionaire st Apt 3 or if I just put #3 either of these example ways the PayPal account does Not allow it! It tells me to put a vaild address in
