shipping label solution that integrates with PayPal

I am looking for a solution for Small Business owners that would run on Windows and allow me to download names and addresses of my customers and print the labels. Maybe the second part can be replaced with stamps.com.I am reasonably computer savvy but I have neither the time nor the resources to develop my own solution or to learn how to use Instant Payment Notification.

Thank you,
Dudley

I assume you're asking this question because you're not happy with Paypal's integrated shipping for USPS? If so, I have the same question and have been trying to figure this out for a while. Of course anything external is going to be an additional expense. I know how to download transaction data through paypal but I'm sure it needs to be worked on a bit to feed into stamps.com. I also can't reconcile the fact that paypal will not automatically have the track and confirm numbers applied to the original transactions. As of right now, I "manage" all transactions in the paypal GUI so having tracking numbers there is pretty important. I just with Paypal would figure out how to make MultiOrder shipping work with off Ebay Cart merchants.

Hi Dudley,

Thanks for considering Stamps.com for your mailing and shipping needs!  Using the software, you can import orders directly from PayPal and print USPS Shipping Labels.  Check out this link for additional information on how to import order information from PayPal:  https://stamps.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1266.

Stamps.com also offers some other features that you may find useful:

• Ability to print First Class Mail International labels
• Pay for postage using your PayPal Debit Card and get 1% cash back
• Integrated scale via USB cord (no manual data entry)
• Ability to add your logo to the shipping label for branding
• Package insurance up to $10,000 in value

Stamps.com has a $15.99/month subscription fee, so you would need to have the package volume to make up for the additional cost.

Hope this information helps!  Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Thanks!

That is to say, using Stamps as a workaround for PPs inexplicable refusal to let us use USPS First Class internationally? Seems like a lot of hassle, and not cheap with the monthly charge, but there doesn't seem to be any alternative.

At least it's an option.
