Can I print a priority mail label and put it on a regular padded envelop or do I have to use the post office one? Stuff I'm sending is almost 2 pound and the regulat fees only goes up the 15.99 oz. Thanks for any help!

Yes but don't select padded flat rate envelope as packaging. Just regular Priority Mail and thick envelope/package as packaging.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

No, you do not. You can use your own packaging too for Priority Mail. When you print out Priority Mail online postage, it will have the big "P" for "Priority Mail" on the label.
And when you got to the PO to drop off and get acceptance scan, the clerk will usually put PM stickers on it.
You can get the commercial base price via PP shipping. USPS.com don't give out d-counts no more.

if you are paying for priority mail and using priority shipping label, you should mark your envelope or box as priority by using the priority stickers.
When post office moves their mail around, they go by the Prioity logo to sort mail ,red and blue logo.

I know 15.99 is first class, that's why I said I'm over that. So if I want to send priority mail I have to use their box or padded envelope? But I can still print a label through paypal because it's .70 cents cheaper? The stickers, I can get them at the post office or print them out?
