mysterious request for more information to close business account

 I want to close a business account and found the link, however they wanted to confirm the bank account info. I put it in, and then I got a message that the information is incomplete. I put the entire bank account number in, and still no luck. What information does PayPal want????

How about going into Profile and removing all the bank/card accounts, if you haven't already done so, and then try closing account.
