If you have a business or premier account and apply for a Paypal debit card.

When you use that card as a credit card to buy things where credit cards are accepted,Paypal will rebate you 1 %,legacy accounts get 1 1/2 %/

It is your money you are spending,but paypal collects a fee from the merchant and is willing to split that fee with you.

It can be quite attractive if you buy big ticket items like plane tickets or appliances
