Transferred Fund to my Bank Account

I haven't received yet my withdraw/transferred money to my bank account. It's already been 4 days now :(((

Does your PayPal activity show completed?  If so,  then just be patient a few days.

I received a a paypal charge to my bank account after transferring money from my PayPal account.  However, the money that I transferred is not in my bank account, just a PayPal charge. Also, why am I receiving a second charge for this transaction?  I received a charge from Paypal to receive money, and then I received a charge to send the money to my nominated bank account.
