Shipping cost not added to total

Can someone explain me, how this could happen and how to avoid this strange behavior:

The order total is equals the items subtotal and absolutely ignores the shipping fee.

Thanks, the link works but, still not getting at what the probem is.

We need more info, where is this info coming from?

We need details, like are you using a 3rd party shopping cart?

Which PayPal product are you using, etc.?
