I wanted to sell an item. There is one suspicious buyer wants to buy it from me. One thing that I worry about is, does actually Paypal really do a system like, I need to ship the item to buyer first and give the shipping tracking number to the so-called "Paypal agent", so then the fund will be transferred to me right after I give the shipping track number. Does Paypal do a system like that or is it actually a scam? I really need to know, because I think I just got scammed. And they keep disturbing me. I'd already told them to stop the transaction but they still keep asking refund from me. I don't even get the money yet. Even one penny. There's no activity too on my Paypal account. Moreover, I know that an unclaimed payment would be refunded to them automatically within 30 days.
