All of a sudden, today when printing a shipping label through paypal, it brings up the box, but nothing else. Nothing to print, nothing to click on, nothing. This is the first time this has happened. I am still printing ok from ebay, but not paypal. I have updated Java, I have restarted the computer, I have voided the label and started over, nada... is this a paypal issue today or do I suddenly have issue with my system? Anyone else see this?
Forgot to mention I am using Chrome and it has never done this to me before.
I just tried it through Internet Explorer and it printed. Kinda confused, because both use the same Java to print.

Isn't there a way we can actually open a ticket support with Java??? Seems like Paypal is not working on the issue.

For what we as sellers have to pay just in fees to use ebay and paypal, this should NOT happen. How on earth do you not test run an update before you launch it to make sure it is ready to go for the people to use so the FEES can be collected. Very frustrating. Fire who is in charge of the relationship with Java and hire someone that will collect a paycheck for doing their job correct. Also, an email to all members stating that the shipping issue has been fixed is the LEAST paypal can do for this blunder. I didn't pay hard earned money on a label printer to go stand in line at the post office.

So far I've had to cancel 3 or 4 labels. I went through the USPS web site label printing instead. It takes a few more minutes because you have to enter the address but it's the same cost as PP.

Has this beeen resolved??? Tech support sent a message saying I would be added to a list that would be notified once corrected. Have not heard anything and noticed somebody closed my ticket out as "solved." Not very happy with PP's customer service. I still have International orders turned off as I don't want to have more labels charged to my accoun t that won't print.

This is amazing! I (and many others) had this problem starting over a year ago and was starting to think I'd give it another try. No way.
But anyway, that's not why I jumped into this conversation; This is a bigger problem than what browser or which java version you are using. Because if someone at paypal (or ebay) tries to print it from their remote location they will get the same error! That negates your personal setup criteria. Best guess is old servers being updated poorly. The lack of transparency on this issue is a cause for alarm in my book.
The printer drivers on paypal/ebay are Pitney Bowes and it might be worth commenting on their facebook page? I say this because it is quite public and this is quite bad press. Although it took them 9 months to reply to my comment and claim that it is now fixed! Ha.

I ended up switching to Endicia and pay another monthly fee. It is very nice to have 4x6 very professional labels. Nice to have a real list of customers. But as sales increase the cut & paste isn't going to work and I am going to have to find a better solution!
Endicia's Dazzle has integrated with ebay but I'm still addicted to my customer list 😉
Good Luck and keep us posted.

Ditto -- same here. The only part that's working is the part that subracts the postage from my account. Is someone working on it? It happened to me again today. Very frustrating!

I thought it was fixed a few weeks ago. Been working here ever since. Did you open a support ticket?
