Hi there. Been searching for this answer awhile myself. Since I just found it (again) thought I'd post a how-to here. Then maybe i can find it again too! I solved this by using the create button & use my named shipping. i have any qty unser 3 at $2 and buy 3 ship free. Hope this helps. ... View more

Hi there, Did you get a tracking number? I would check that first as sometimes the Post has messed up deliveries. I don't know where the item is being shipped from/to but I know that overseas shipping can take a month even on lightweight small envelopes.  I have found that calling the people at PayPal has often been the best course when you are uncertain what to do next. Just look at the bottom of any paypal page for Contact Us and follow the instructions. Good luck, hope this helps.   ... View more

This is amazing! I (and many others) had this problem starting over a year ago and was starting to think I'd give it another try. No way.     But anyway, that's not why I jumped into this conversation; This is a bigger problem than what browser or which java version you are using. Because if someone at paypal (or ebay) tries to print it from their remote location they will get the same error! That negates your personal setup criteria. Best guess is old servers being updated poorly. The lack of transparency on this issue is a cause for alarm in my book.   The printer drivers on paypal/ebay are Pitney Bowes and it might be worth commenting on their facebook page? I say this because it is quite public and this is quite bad press. Although it took them 9 months to reply to my comment and claim that it is now fixed! Ha. You may want to subscribe to an online newsletter that has broached this topic from time to time - www.ecommercebytes.com/   I ended up switching to Endicia and pay another monthly fee. It is very nice to have 4x6 very professional labels. Nice to have a real list of customers. But as sales increase the cut & paste isn't going to work and I am going to have to find a better solution!
