Printing shipping labels

All of a sudden, today when printing a shipping label through paypal, it brings up the box, but nothing else.  Nothing to print, nothing to click on, nothing.  This is the first time this has happened.  I am still printing ok from ebay, but not paypal.  I have updated Java, I have restarted the computer, I have voided the label and started over, nada...  is this a paypal issue today or do I suddenly have issue with my system?  Anyone else see this?

Forgot to mention I am using Chrome and it has never done this to me before.

I just tried it through Internet Explorer and it printed.  Kinda confused, because both use the same Java to print.

There has been other posts within the forum concerning the same issue.  What needs to be done is open a Support Ticket.  The more folks who do that, the higher priority the issue receives.  Yes, it's good to post here but, the people who need to aware of the issue are in Tech Support.

How do you open a support ticket?  This is happening to me too and it needs to be fixed asap.  I already had to void one label and probably will have to do it to another one later today.  I don't want it to be held against me for voiding too many labels or something.

ok I found it.  I didn't understand everything they asked me to fill out on the form but I did the best I could. I hope they fix this soon.

It's been happening to me too ever since updating Java with the latest version 2 days ago. It seems to always happen when I'm updating it to a newer version. I use Chrome and it doesn't work. I have to open IE to print out my label. It's such an inconvenience. I will open a support ticket as well.

There is a bug in the latest version of Java that is causing the issue - it actully gives you an error message if you try to print an international label (I'm waiting for refunds for 2 that refused to print). Java is supposedly working on another update, but until then, I've been using stamps.com to do my labels.

I am having the same issue. I have a dymo label printer that paypal has always supported without a problem. I printed a label via Paypal on Thursday with the printer and it worked fine. Yesterday, I had a busy sale day and had 7 transactions to print labels for.

I tried via the multi-order tool in Chrome and nothing worked so I tried IE with the multi-order. No dice. And then I tried updating Java. Still nothing.

I even tried printing to PDF on my Mac because that usually works with safari and that didn't work either. This is so annoying!

I was able to print with IE. I tried all day on Chrome and rebooted, reinstall printer driver, everything.  Finally tried IE and it worked. UGH ! I wish I would have thought of doing that this morning.
