Pending credit card payment

Hi

 

Im hoping someone can help.

 

Ive recieevd an email from PayPal stating that my account cannot acceot card payments and that I need to refuse the payment.

 

However the payment isnt showing on PayPal? - The payment was only paid yesterday.

 

Why is this happening?

Best to contact PayPal directly by phone or e-mail support.

Thanks, i emailed them yesterday awaiting a reply. Though this may be quicker!

Welcome to the community! 🙂

 

It's unusual that there would be an email stating specifically that you can't accept card payments.  Does the email address you by your first and last name?  If not, it's probably not an authentic PayPal email.  Hopefully I'm wrong, but if not, you may want to reconsider fulfilling the order with this particular buyer.

 

If the email is authentic, you may need to add and confirm a bank account or card to your PayPal account to be able to receive payments with PayPal.
