Hi Sisdes,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forums.
That's a good question. PayPal Working Capital is a loan of a fixed amount, with a single fixed fee. When you apply, simply select the amount you want — up to the maximum you qualify for.
PayPal Working Capital is not a revolving credit account, like a credit card. The amount borrowed is fixed until the loan is paid off. Once the loan is paid off another loan application can be submitted.
I hope this answers your question. 🙂

Once again - when paypal updated the site I no longer can find access to view my working capital account. And no longer have access to the old site. Can anyone tell me where it's hidden now?

I have called several times & no one at Paypal knows what is going on. I can't find PP working capital nor Paypal connect & customer service have no answers. They just tell me they will send it to the "Tech team". This isn't the only problem with this new format. I've been a customer for 15 years and this is a first!
The reps have ask me to send a screen shot, which I did. Had me send it to 2 depts. No reply! What is going on?

The only way I was able to check balances is to go to:
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/workingcapital/
and hit the "apply now" link. It took me right to my account balance and payment summary.

Thank you for the information on finding my PayPal Working Capitol Summary. It is truly amazing how difficult PayPal makes the most simple things.

Try this & see if it gets you there. It will take you to paypal & then once signed in, it should take you to working capital. Its crazy how hard they have made it.
