Payment not received either....

I have a shopping cart on my website which uses Pay Pal for payment and this is the first time I've ever had any trouble showing the payment was made.  My shopping cart says it has been paid through Pay Pal but I did not receive an email from Pay Pal showing it has been paid.  Where should I go from here to resolve this issue...thanks.

If you didn't receive the PayPal email notification and the payment isn't showing up in your PayPal account, then we know for certain that a payment was not sent to any confirmed email address currently linked with that PayPal account.

 

I recommend checking your shopping cart settings to ensure the correct email address is listed there (if using PayPal Payments Standard) or check to make sure your API credentials are correct (if using Express Checkout).

 

If everything looks good, I recommend contacting the shopping cart provider to have them troubleshoot.  Another option is to contact the buyer to find out if they are seeing the payment on their end and if so, ask them which email address it shows the payment was sent to.
