I want to create a shipping label on PayPal with USPS priority mail, but it only shows flat rate for package size, but I want to use a regular brown box, so do I have to use a flat rate box or, I can use any box, such as a brown box.
You should see "Package/Thick Envelope" as one of the package size options - I think it is the 4th one down. If not, you might want to contact customer service to see why.
