Help! I ordered the mobile card reader for my iPhone. The customer service rep instructed me how to download the PayPal Here app on my iPad and iPhone. I logged in and it recognized me. Hit enter to activate the app and it says loading, then an error message comes up saying they are having technical difficulties. I called customer service. They said there was a repair ticket in place. That was three weeks ago. I still get the same error. I talked to customer service again and again and there is no help. When will this be fixed? I want to use the mobile card reader. But can't until that app is working! Any suggestions?
