Pay with a Debit or Credit card missing

We are using Paypal as the credit card merchant for our e-commerec website.  Customers get the option to pay using Paypla accoutn or by using their debit/credit card and Paypal acting as the mercent to collect funds.

Some times when the customers get to the payment stage they don't have the option to pay via debit/credit card on screen (see screen shot on link below in red) as this options is simply not displayed, leaving the customer to only pay via a paypal account.

Has anyone else expereinced this, is this a browser issue??

I am experiencing the same issue as the OP mentions in the very first post (missing link for paying by credit card).

As far as I know this has only happened to 1 of my customers, who does not have a paypal account. However, her partner does - could it be that a user would not see this if they had an existing account or if they had a cookie from a previously logged in session?

I am running a Wordpress site with Woocommerce plugin.

Im am the OP at start f thsi thread, interesting we are also runnign WP website with WooCommerce - perhaps this is the issue?
