Hello all I am new to the forums. I have a question about payment options with paypal shipping. I have to ship out a item I sold on ebay and I want to use paypal shipping. Well when I try to pay it says transaction cant be completed because my paypal balance is zero. Well I want to use my credit card not paypal balance. I cant figure out how to fix this. Any help?
Thanks for additional info. Not really sure at this point why the system won't let you pay with a credit card, have not run into that scenario, (at least not yet). Suggest giving customer support a ring, perhaps they would have some insight.
