POS System

Does PayPal offer a POS System that manages inventory? If not, can someone recommend one, preferably that does NOT charge a monthly fee. I don't mind buying the equipment, but don't want to pay $100/month to use the program. I own a brick and mortar boutiqe.Thanks for the help.
