PAYPAL ERROR CODE 1001

I run a website called www.floridasdying.com and have a zencart shopping cart installed on my site. LAtely I've been experiencing a problem where certain customers are no longer able to checkout. It started about a week and a half ago, then stopped happening after about two days, and just started becoming a problem again this weekend. Some customers checkout without a hitch but then others receive a paypal 1001 internal error code everytime they checkout. I am not sure what is causing this problem or what the remedy for it might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can find the API error codes listed here however, as usual, there's no exact reason.
Suggest opening a Support Ticket, maybe they have an idea.
