Not recieving payments sent by other people

they basically dont show up at "my account" (not added to the $ value) and i dont get an email either

Not enough info.  What type of account do you have?   Did you verify your account email address?  Did you take the proper steps to verify your account, meaning you linked and confirmed both a bank account and credit card?  If no, you need to do that.

its a private acc and ive only confirmed the email but thats about it

its saying that my only limitations are roofs though

There's your issue.  You can have a Personal Account for simply receiving funds from friends or relatives however, if you don't verify the account, it's going to be useless.

The funds go unclaimed.  After 30 days the funds are returned to the senders.

I have verified everything and have recieved payments from multiple people from eBay sales, however this payment did not show up on PayPal to start with, and once the item was shipping, it gave a funds available date of 4/7. Its still not there and the buyer said the payment status is showing on her end as "funds unclaimed". How do I claim them if they are not showing up in my PayPal account?
