Need to confirm address

I recently tried to buy from an online store and the merchant told me that Paypal refused the transaction since my address is not verified.

I've attached a printscreen he sent me.

Kindly help me to figure this out.

Add a credit card and a bank account to your PayPal account on the Wallet page, these tasks should confirm your information.  Then proceed with purchase.
