Hi everyone,
I uploaded my drivers license, and in doing so, "confirm identity" and "confirm address" were both ticked off.
Shortly after uploading my drivers license, I receive an email from PayPal telling me, that my address could
not be verified and to upload something to confirm my address.
The problem is there is NO WHERE TO UPLOAD THE UTILITY BILL TO CONFIRM MY ADDRESS, as both were ticked off upon uploading my license.
I need help before the 30th otherwise they my limitation will be increased. Can I please get some help!?
