Hi everyone,
Thank you very much for your patience while MultiOrder Shipping is experiencing technical difficulties. Our technicians are actively working to resolve the problems. I will be posting in this thread with updates as I have them.
Please remember that feedback regarding PayPal tools and services may be posted only in the Feedback forum. I have opened up a MultiOrder Shipping feedback thread. Feedback posts from this thread have been moved there.

Same issue. Thanks for posting this. It at least confirms it's not an isolated incident, and that it should be addressed (hopefully).
I was afraid it would be something specific with my account, which would be a headache to troubleshoot.

Same thing happening here. They say they are aware and to 'keep trying'. Would be nice if they would post a system message instead of us all wasting our time 'trying'. 5 PM EST and still down.

Yup... me too.... couldn't get the new orders to import. Even tried to export to a CSV file, then import, but the format wasn't right. I guess I could parse it by hand... what a PITA!

I spoke to paypal tech support. they confirmed that this is not working. apparently MOS is a third party software product and paypal is "at the mercy of the software maker"
so they cannot tell us any news about when it will be fixed but they 'hope' it will be soon
god this really **bleep**! I do 50+ orders a day and the ebay shipping tool is excruciatingly slow and bulky.
Paypal you need to get off your butts and get this fixed!

Does anyone have a reasonable replacement system they are using while PayPal MOS is down? Have tried eBay shipping and was not happy with the results. The system is buggy and does not work half the time. Seen some people mention using Endicia with Shiprush and Stamps.com, have others tried these services? Is anyone who has tried them happy with the results?

Blackthorne Pro with Endicia or Shiprush with stamps.com are the common options. I know of one company that uses Galaxy Ship but you'll have develop and maintain everything yourself (layout, database transfers ect).
So I know most people won't do that, but it is suprising that a large firm like Paypal didn't develop MOS in house and so now has to wait for it to be fixed by the developer.
