MASSIVE overpricing with Paypal shipping, And no information loaded from ebay.

I just tried to print postage labels from Paypal, (like I have done for years) for my eBay sales. Paypal and eBay shipping USED to charge the same amount.  Doesn't matter if using the "new and improved" shipping site, or go to the classic shipping site. The information that USED to be auto filled from eBay is no longer there. So, I filled in the informaion. I have tried on two different packages now. The first was for a package that weighed 2lb 7oz, box 16x12x3. When I calculated the shipping on Paypal it gave me the shipping price of $21.23! I went to ebay shipping and was only charged $9.75 for Priority Shipping. The second package is only 1lb  15oz  box is 14x10x3 and once again Paypal is going to charge me $21.23 for shipping! And yes I had to fill in the information because it was NOT there automatically. Both packages are being shipped within the USA. What is going on? Is Paypal now charging a VERY large premium for printing shipping from this site!?

I am experiencing a similar problem.  I used USPS site to determine postage on two packages yesterday.  When PayPal calculated the postage it was much higher.  I had already quoted the shipping charge to my customers so I lost out on the difference.  I would like to be able to print and ship from home but I can't afford to if Paypal is going to cost more than what USPS quotes.
