Is PP shipping broken or is it me?

PP shipping is broken. What's up? Is it me or them? Could it be a Java issue or something weird like that? Running a Mac here.

Not just you. I can generate USPS labels but the window for printing them times out. I've submitted a support request.

It isn't you! I just had to void 2 labels & tried to reprint. All I get is a blank white page that says "processing" at the bottom, but nothing ever shows up! I wish they'd notify us when something like this happens so we don't waste a lot of time when they need to fix something. They could at least post an announcement! 😞

Seems to be an issue with Firefox (at least for me).  Firefox gives a blank window where the label should appear.  IE and Chrome work as expected.  It would be nice for this to be fixed, but there might be a workaround.
